1. Nature of Delivery

1.1 RPTech Media supplies digital services and electronic deliverables only. No physical shipment occurs.

1.2 “Deliverables” may include lead files, campaign outputs, lists, dashboards, analytics or reports produced in connection with the Services.

2. Where and How We Deliver

2.1 Delivery occurs by one or more of the following methods, as agreed during onboarding or at checkout:

(a) Secure email to designated recipient addresses;
(b) Portal/dashboard access with authenticated download;
(c) Secure file transfer (e.g., time-bound link).

2.2 Standard file formats are CSV/XLSX for tabular data and PDF for reports unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Processing and Delivery Timelines

3.1 Order processing begins upon payment authorization and our confirmation.

3.2 Indicative delivery windows depend on scope, volume and complexity and are communicated during onboarding or in the order confirmation.

3.3 Where Customer actions are required (approvals, criteria finalization, access allow-lists), timelines run from completion of those actions.

4. Access, Acceptance and Delivery Failures

4.1 Delivery is deemed complete when the deliverable is successfully transmitted to the agreed channel (email sent without bounce from our gateway; portal access enabled; file-transfer link issued).

4.2 The Customer must verify receipt and notify us within three (3) calendar days of any access issue (e.g., spam filtering, firewall blocks, link expiry). We will re-deliver or re-enable access where the issue is not caused by Customer systems or controls.

4.3 If an agreed recipient mailbox rejects messages (quota full, policy blocks) or a link expires due to inaction, we will provide a fresh link upon request within a reasonable period.

5. Security and Authentication

5.1 For portal or link delivery, we may require multi-factor authentication, IP allow-listing or named accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly notifying us of any suspected compromise.

5.2 We may watermark or seed deliverables with non-personal markers for provenance and misuse detection.

6. Territory and Restrictions

6.1 Given the B2B, cross-border nature of our Services, delivery may originate from or transit through servers outside your country. Where legally required, we implement appropriate transfer safeguards.

6.2 Deliverables are provided for the Customer’s internal business use under the applicable agreement and may not be resold, sublicensed, or combined with third-party data for onward sale without our prior written consent.

7. Taxes and Charges

7.1 No “shipping” charges apply. Where applicable, taxes (e.g., VAT) are handled pursuant to the invoice and Customer’s tax status.

8. Support Channels

8.1 Delivery or access issues: info@rptechmedia.com (attach the order ID, timestamp, and any bounce/SMTP or firewall message).

8.2 We provide reasonable assistance to resolve access issues attributable to our systems.

9. Governing Law and Venue

9.1 This Policy and any non-contractual obligations arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
