Rronald’s focus is to build a portfolio of high growth in the Business Services. Over the past 16 years, he has contributed to several different portfolios, successfully building and operating lean business functions across HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Operations. He set up the lead generation business for Right Pace Techmedia LLC in 2017 and was instrumental in growing the company’s Performance Marketing division in 7 years from a team of 5 to more than 200 employees and counting. Rronald manages the organization’s sales strategies aimed at generating better revenue for the client & he plans & executes revenue growth strategies by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, and determine the success of current sales campaigns to drive revenue growth. Rronald is more passionate about focusing on new technologies to drive excessive inputs & timely deliver precise value to the customers/clients. Besides work he is a nature lover who loves traveling and long drives.
